Hey!
Just getting back on track with farming in Jarenina during this soon-to-be-really-cold weather, only to be 'distracted' (pleasantly) by a new challenge: enjoying the last good days of October! It doesn't seem that challenging, right? Well, I wanted to spice it up a bit -so here we go, off to the UK! 🇬🇧

There, with my friend, we spent a couple of days in Wales. Hiking, scrambling along a ridge, passing under a waterfall... It was expectionnal and absolutely thrilling to try these new experiences (apart from hiking of course 😇)! The scenery was breathtaking, the colours -so vivid (expecially when the sun decides to make an appearance 🫠). I had been warned about one thing, though, and it definitely happened: the wind was insane! At one point, it almost knocked me off the mountain/ridge! 🌬️
New Forest, England. Have you heard of this National Park? If not, I can’t recommend it enough! You can park in one of the many free parking spots and go for a walk to explore the area. The landscapes are mainly wetlands (with paths everywhere) and rivers to cross, so bringing water boots or at least waterproof shoes is a must -especially if you’re up for a proper adventure 😎!
Sounds amazing, doesn’t it? But what makes this National Park stand out from others? The answer: wild ponies (Shetlands included)! 😍 These
babyboos roam freely, minding their own *business*, and if you’re lucky, they might let you pet them for a few precious seconds. Since they’re used to humans offering food, they’ll often come over to check what you’ve got in your hands hihi. Of course, it’s important to stay cautious -they’re still wild animals, and you never know how they might react.

The UK (and Ireland)... I don’t know why but something about those places had been calling to me for so long. And now that I’ve had the opportunity to go there, it’s only reinforced my dream of taking a months-long trip across these countries. 🚗🧳

And the trees? They looked so ancient
(just like in Ireland) and I couldn’t shake the feeling that they might wake up and tell me something... Enchanting... 🌳
